ANTI-SPAM POLICY

ARARÊTAMA BRASIL, is essentially a company of Brazilian products and services and a therapeutic and educational platform inspired by the Atlantic Forest that has been operating, since 1990, in Brazil and on the continents - European, American and Asian, in sync with the best practices of the Internet and of the most influential non-governmental bodies on the Internet, and following the appeal of its users, publicly expresses its anti-spam commitment.

For it, ARARÊTAMA BRASIL undertakes to make it difficult, by all means at its disposal, to practice SPAM and to disclose the rejection of this practice, as well as the purpose of preventing its customers from executing it.

Therefore, all recipients of ARARÊTAMA BRASIL undertake to follow the rule of repudiation of SPAM, being responsible for complying with the rule.

ANTI-SPAM POLICY

We at ARARÊTAMA BRASIL publicly declare our commitment against the practice of SPAM and guarantee to avoid and prevent its practice in any form of manifestation.

Our services allow the automatic sending of messages by electronic mail and are developed with mechanisms that prevent or hinder, by all means at their disposal, the practice of SPAM, or identify its causes, allowing us to take the appropriate measures.

All terms and contracts established by us to our customers contain explicit clauses that prohibit the practice of SPAM, ensuring that any person or company that hires our services automatically assumes the same commitment.

SPAM characterization

SPAM is nothing more than an electronic message of a commercial or informative nature, sent to an individual or legal recipient without their prior authorization and/or with whom the sender does not have a previous social or commercial relationship.

Good habits

The Self-Regulatory Code for the Practice of E-mail Marketing establishes that the bases must be opt-in or soft opt-in. That is, recipients must have requested to receive sent messages (opt in). Or, the sender must have a prior and verifiable business or social relationship with the recipient (soft opt-in).

The email address for SPAM complaints that may have been committed by an ARARÊTAMA BRASIL customer is araretama10@gmail.com.br .

THIS IS ARARÊTAMA BRASIL'S ANTI-SPAM COMMITMENT.
